With your middle finger and thumb form a circle over the candle and move your hands down.
Repeat.
Lift the candle up over your head and say Breath in the air.
Put candle on the floor and say Feel the earth.
Life candle over your head and say Bring in the good.
Put candle on the floor and put your hands over the flame and say Block out the bad.
Repeat the first part 2 times.
